About Racheal:

After earning her MBA in Entrepreneurship and winning the National Small Business Institute Competition and Small Business & Technology Development Center Competition, Racheal was recruited into the world of consulting small businesses and tech start-ups.

But the 75+ hour weeks, living on the road from Atlanta to DC seeing clients, and only getting one full day off a week was a recipe for serious burnout.

Since then, she has redesigned every aspect of her business for ambition and ease. Racheal has been able to grow a successful consulting and coaching business while raising 3 kids aged 13 and under, and retiring her husband to become a stay-at-home dad — all while working less than 25 hours a week.

Today, she serves as CEO and Founder of The CEO Collective, a 12-month implementation experience for women entrepreneurs who are ready to build the business of their dreams — 90 days at a time.
