EP 208: A Little Happier in 2024

How are you? I hope you are snuggled up with your favorite warm beverage, blanket and book. I am spending a lot of time in my new reading corner with my cat, Jade, asleep on my lap.

During this time of year, I let myself rest while I ponder what I want in the new year. This time of year I am all about laying the foundation for the year by day dreaming and planting seeds. Later in the spring, when there is more light and action energy, I will get to make those dreams into reality.

In other words, a slow start to a new year still allows plenty of time for reaching goals and changing habits.

In this week’s podcast, I am sharing 3 happiness-boosting exercises that take 2 minutes because even in winter, there is room for some happiness.
