EP 250: What I Am Doing in 2025
How are you? Please hit reply and tell me or call a pal. We need community now more than ever.
If you are up to it, I would appreciate your thoughts on my 2025 offerings survey. This is your chance to tell me how I can best serve you in 2025.
These last two weeks I have been equal parts being in community with others and resting. The gratitude I feel for my support people is infinite. Knowing I am a support person for many is something I take very seriously. We are better together and I love that my work is alongside others wanting to make the world more equitable, fair and just.
The big question of how do I/we keep working towards a better future keeps coming up. I know one answer is to not quit.
Striking the balance of working near our capacity without going over is nuanced. We are ever changing and so is the landscape in which we do our work.
How can we be responsive rather than reactive?
How can we rest when necessary and still be showing up for change?
Who is helping me know what my work is and how to nurture, nourish and fuel myself so I can sustain the energy needed to work towards a better future?
These are the kinds of questions we are grappling with in my private coaching sessions, in Deferred Maintenance Self-Care Support and Civics & Self-Care.
In case you missed it last week and have all the feelings or are still numb or full of rage, I want to remind you that I have a 10 part podcast series called Get Better at Grief.
In this week’s episode I am sharing what I am doing in 2025. There are some changes and I am pretty excited to share.
Please listen and let me know what you think. You can find all the episodes and show notes at www.tamihackbarth.com/podcast.

Tami
